Booking information:

• When booking, 50% must be paid so that the apartment is booked permanently, the remaining amount is to be paid in cash on site.
• If the deposit is not paid within 14 days of booking, the apartment will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation policy:

• 1 month to 3 weeks before arrival we keep the 50% deposit
• If you cancel 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival, we charge 80% of the total amount
• In the case of 1 day before arrival or no-show / early departure, we require the total amount.
